Tower

The Tower is a space saving, sleeker version of the largest Pilates apparatus known as the Cadillac or Trapeze Table. The Tower utilizes a Push Through Bar with springs, a roll-down bar, leg springs and arm springs. These attachments provide an increase in resistance, which can enhance the exercises to produce a full-body workout.

A Pilates Tower incorporates exercises and movements that are typically performed slow and with great control. Transitions between exercises can make the class flow almost seamlessly. The Pilates tower workout routines are typically combined with the traditional Pilates matwork

Reformer

The reformer uses springs, pulleys, bars & straps to perform over 500 exercises in a variety of positions. Originally developed to offer movement and rehab to the injured, today it offers a more challenging version of the matwork. Because of the reformer’s attachments, it is an ideal option for those who need modifications to the mat exercises. It is also easier to increase resistance with the reformer, creating more challenging work for the advanced Pilates client.

Pilates Instructors can work with a wide range of clients, from rehab focused to extremely challenging for even the most seasoned athlete.

Mat

Mat is the foundation of the Pilates method.  Mat work uses your body weight as the primary source of resistance.

Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. . Mat work emphasizes the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs.

Pilates Chair

The Pilates chair—or “wunda chair,” as Joseph Pilates called it—is a powerful piece of exercise equipment. Its small size belies its remarkable ability to build core stability, upper-body strength and lower-body power to improve performance in athletes, retrain the body after injury and increase overall physical conditioning. The chair offers less support and offers more range of movement. This requires more strength and balance on the part of the person doing the exercises.

This versatile equipment can meet a wide range of needs, from postrehabilitation to athletic conditioning .
