Important Details
To schedule a session/reservation, please call or text Chrissy at: 612.419.3435
All sessions are by appointment and are 60 minutes.
All studio members must complete 1 on 1 before any group classes.
We work with children 10 and up.
PLEASE NOTE: It is advised that you do not eat a heavy meal before your session.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing that is allows for movement is best.
During your session we prefer you have Bare feet or rubber grip socks. No shoes are allowed on the equipment.
